Specifications include, but are not limited to: Metra is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Security Information Event Management (SIEM) and Manage Detection Response (MDR) services. This will be a phased software and professional services solution to be implemented to combine a modern, cloud based SIEM solution to improve Metra’s Cybersecurity posture. This SIEM/MDR solution shall include all customization, configuration, training, and professional services necessary for implementation of the solution, as well as operational maintenance and support for a period of five (5) years. The proposed solution shall be a mature solution that incorporates the operational functions and requirements described in this RFP. This solution needs to be scalable and modularized to allow for future expansion of Metra’s networks, upgradable as technology changes, and able to accommodate an increase of equipment requiring monitoring within existing networks. The solution must also possess the ability to integrate and/or import Metra’s existing cybersecurity tools into the solution and interface with common software platforms such as Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
