Provide high quality mammography and diagnostic imaging services to uninsured or underinsured women from priority populations. Category 2: Patient Navigation. Provide evidence-based patient navigation to priority populations through the breast cancer continuum of care, addressing any barriers to timely diagnostic and treatment services and conducting community outreach to engage those out of care.
