Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General Statement of Expected Outcomes for UTA Research: a. UTA Research shall provide information clarifying and quant ifying: i. Public perception and acceptance of UTA. ii. The extent to w hich UTA is meeting public expectations. iii. The extent of the public's know ledge and understanding of current transit projects. iv. An indication of the public's foremost community values, needs and goals related to public transit. v. Opportunit ies to educate the public concerning transit and its benef its. vi. Public opinion of political and f inancial support for UTA. b. Final report information should and is not limited to: i. Be easy to understand and accessible to a broad group of people. ii. Available in electronic PC compatible formats. iii. Establish a baseline w hich will allow comparison of important pre-def ined latent variables across time. iv. Provide UTA w ith an evaluation that supports decision-making w ith the aim of increasing community support and ridership. v. Provide UTA w ith objective results evaluating performance, impact and ef fectiveness. vi. Provide informat ion useful in def ining w hat UTA needs to do to maintain
