The Contractor shall provide all necessary qualified labor and supervision, vehicles, fuel, tools, material, parts, supplies, equipment, gas, water, compressed air, appurtenances, including equipment operators, all necessary transportation and overhead as necessary to perform specialty inspection, troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, replacement, new improvements, and commissioning work as required in these Contract Documents on any and all railroad grade crossings and grade crossing signal systems on the MWRD Railroad. This shall include, but is not limited to, the following: a) Conducting FRA inspections and testing. b) Providing inspection forms and inspection reports. c) Performing troubleshooting, diagnosis and testing. d) Performing repairs, upgrades, and improvements to MWRD systems and equipment. e) Providing summary reports and corrective recommendations. f) Generating or updating engineering circuit drawings, MUPPS, and schematics. g) Formulating and submitting inspection schedules. Upon the completion of any equipment repairs, upgrades, and improvements, the Contractor shall ensure that all components of each system are in-place and functioning and that all circuit drawings, equipment manuals, and related documentation are current and accurate.
