The curriculum shall cover the legal definition of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation; identify behaviors that may constitute harassment and discrimination the training is applicable to all employees and will cover all aspects of discrimination, harassment and retaliation prevention that is referenced in the Tollway’s policy and all applicable State and Federal laws, rules and guidelines; supervisor’s and manager’s responsibilities if they experience, observe, or become aware of conduct that they believe might be prohibited; explain the type of information that may be requested during an investigation; cover examples of behavior that might be considered retaliation; instruct on creating a work culture that discourages harassment, etc.; and provide opportunities to ask questions.
