Specifications include, but are not limited to: The successful proposer will enter into a lease agreement with the Village of Oak Brook tomanage soccer fields at the Sports Core. Terms of the agreement include, but are not limited tothe following minimum requirements:·Non-exclusive use of soccer fields as approved by the Sports Core Director on practiceor game days. The successful proposer will provide a schedule of practice and gamedays and times to the Sports Core Director on a mutually agreed date.·The Village retains the right to use a soccer field Monday  Friday from 8:00 am  2:00pm for the length of the soccer season for soccer usage of the Red Star WomenProfessional Soccer Team.·The successful proposer will be required to accommodate, the American Youth SoccerOrganization on Saturdays from 8:00 am  12:00 pm. This accommodation can be for afee.·The Village of Oak Brook reserves the right to override usage of the soccer fields forthree (3) Village sponsored events (number of days per event not specified). Writtennotice of 120 days prior to the event will be given to the successful proposer
