Douglas Singer Mental HealthCenter free of snow and ice on the roadways and parking lots.2.2SUPPLIES AND/OR SERVICES REQUIRED:·The Monitor for this contact is H. Douglas Singer Mental Health Center Chief of Security.·The contractor shall remove all snow and/or ice from all roadways and parking lots by plowing or use of sand/saltmixture.·The contractor shall furnish sufficient equipment, (plows and trucks) supplies and materials for thorough snow andice removal service. The contractor shall submit a written list, at the time of the bid opening, of all equipment andspecifications for each. All equipment should be safe mechanically and electrically.·The contractor shall provide the de-icing from their own stock and loaded on their trucks for use on the streetsand parking lots at the Center as needed when the icing conditions require the application of de-icing mixture.The composition of the mixture shall be 20% salt, 80% sand
