Specifications include, but are not limited to: security contract is to have security personnel on foot patrol whose duty is to ensure the safety of residents, to protect RHA property, and to deny access to unauthorized persons attempting to enter onto RHA property. This proposal is for hourly rates based on varying options for number of personnel and shifts as chosen by RHA. The interested vendors will submit plans to provide unarmed security at our high/low rises and/or armed security at our family developments. In addition, this contract will also include the option of utilizing drug detecting dog(s) as requested by RHA. RHA also will need the option to utilize security officers to provide paper service. The RHA may offer individual contracts for unarmed and armed services if multiple providers are chosen. We ask that the vendor provide detailed plans of how they will handle security services for the RHA; including any technology and/or video solutions to leverage officer activities
