Specifications include, but are not limited to: print and mail a menu board designed by a graphic designer (see Section 5 for image) on durable sign board. ISBE will provide the final design graphic to the awarded vendor for printing. The Vendor will print and mail the menu board to an approved School Nutrition Program sponsors and sites as requested by ISBE on a monthly basis through June 30, 2017. An anticipated initial order of 2,000 menu boards will be requested by the end of April 2017, as this represents ½ of the approved school sites. Any additional printing requests will be made in writing to the selected vendor and will be in increments of 500, depending on requests to ISBE. Additional orders up to a maximum of 4,000 menu boards will be printed.
