Specifications include, but are not limited to:The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) requests proposals from responsible Offerors to meet its needs. A brief description is set forth below for the Offeror’s convenience, with detailed requirements in subsequent sections of this solicitation. If interested and able to meet these requirements, the State appreciates and welcomes an Offer. Brief Description: ISBE seeks an Offeror to work in consultation with ISBE staff members in the Division of Special Education Services to ensure that Local Education Agencies (LEAs) are in compliance with their Maintenance of Effort (MOE) requirements for spending Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B funds in accordance with IDEA regulations. Additionally, the Offeror will assist with federal reporting requirements in relation to MOE and Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) data.
