Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will work in consultation with staff members in the Division of Special Education Services to ensure that Local Education Agencies (LEAs) are in compliance with their Maintenance of Effort (MOE) requirements for spending Individual with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B funds in accordance with IDEA regulations. Additionally, Vendor will assist with federal reporting requirements in relation to MOE and Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CEIS) data. Vendor will interact with school district and special education cooperative administrators and business office staff through e-mail and telephone correspondence. Vendor will complete all job tasks on site at the ISBE office in Springfield; it is possible that some travel may be necessary.
