Specifications include, but are not limited to: Tear off existing house roof. Replace with new ice & snow guard, water barrier, andinstall new shingles. Replacethemain furnace stackthat is exposed to weatherand flue cap with new 6”. Roof edge looks good can be reuse. Original roof sheathing looks good with no gaps over 1/4”. Replace all plumbing and flue flashings. Building permit is required. 1Removetheside entry storm and exterior door. Installthenew exterior door and storm with same doors or closest to the units that had beenremoved. Install new dead bolt and lockset. Insulatethenew door frame, and reapply existingdoor casing. Extension jambs will need to be installed on exterior side of door frame, then wrapped with white coil stock and caulked as need.1
