(eye bolts, Satellite etc.) • Ridge Vent – Remove and replace with new • All mechanical flashing, boots– remove and replace with new • Install new felt barrer • Contractor to use manufactured hip and ridge cap shingles (not cut from 3 tab shingles). • Contractor to use ice shield and starter strip • Any facia installed is to extend under the drip edge • Contractor to use at leat four nails per shingle (HUD requirement) • Contractor to use 2 1/2” roofing nails on ridge vent • Price per linear foot to replace soffit when needed • Price per linear foot to replace fascia when needed • Verify that soffit vents into attic. • Contractor to check all flue pipes in both apartments at the furnace and water heater to ensure correct alignment (where applicable).
