Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of this Contract to provide the City of Springfield, Illinois, to provide for the removal of existing roof and replacement Springfield Fire Station #9 located at 2405 Chatham Road, Springfield, Illinois. The City will contract for the complete tear off of the existing roof down to the deck of Fire House #9 and replacement with up to 3 sheets of decking as needed. The Contractor will deliver, assemble, and install new roofing accessories as needed including but not limited to: new drip edge, plumbing boots, flashing, ice and water barriers, etc. so as to deliver a new guaranteed waterproof roof at location. Any unsatisfactory work not meeting the specifications below will be redone at the expense of the Contractor.
