Install 30-year architectural shingles homeowners’ choice of colors. New shingle over ridge vent. New chimney flashing and counter flashing. New plumber boots over the vents and split ring for the mast flashing. New 2” white style D roof edge. Permit required before work starts. Part 2. Trouble-shoot circuit’s that feed the front half of the basement, living room, and bedroom located on the main floor. The homeowner claims the breakers trip when appliances are plugged in.
