It is the goal of thisRequest for Proposal to identify a vendor(s) and execute a contract to implement a Rock Salt contract.There will be three (3) zones (locations) under this contract:Zone 1 New Castle CountyZone 2 Kent CountyZone 3 - Sussex County. The Contractor(s) shall provide all materials and labor to satisfy the State of Delaware s need for Rock Saltas described herein.The services will require the Contractor(s) to partner with and cooperate with the ordering agency to makesure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art services. The contractor is advised that this contract is considered a supply contract. The quantities in theproposal are based on estimated needs for the required activities within the district(s) shown.
