The work consists of the hot mix asphalt surface removal and replacement along Robert Palmer Drive from S. York Street to N. York Street, improvement and upgrade of sidewalk corners to current ADA requirements, and spot concrete curb and gutter removal and construction. The crosswalks will be imprinted thermoplastic pavement markings. Also included is the seal and adjusting of existing sanitary sewers, adjustments and reconstruction of existing storm sewer structures, sawcut and seal of pavement joints, and crack sealing of the hot-mix asphalt pavement. In addition, landscaping items, pavement patching, general frame and lid adjustments, pavement markings, as well as all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvements as shown in the plans and described herein.
