Snow Removal: • The Contractors shall provide snow removal services for up to 150 residential properties within the Village of Westchester. The Village will provide a final list of approved Participants to all Contractors by November 20, 2024. Please note that there is no guaranteed minimum number of residences assigned to any Contractor, and multiple Contractors may be selected to provide services under this Program. • Services offered must include options for clearing driveways, walkways, and entryways after each qualifying snowfall event. Participants may select the specific services they need and wish to schedule. • Snow removal must be performed promptly following a snowfall event once three (3) inches of snow has accumulated, and all snow must be cleared within 12 hours after the snowfall ends. • The Contractors must be available for up to seven (7) snowfall events during the season, with the understanding that there is no guaranteed minimum number of events. Contractors must also be open to continuing services beyond seven snowfall events if desired by the Village and/or any of the Participants. • The snow removal services will be required from December 1, 2024, through April 1, 2025.
