• Services will be required when snow fall reaches two inches • Call outs will be conducted by the Director of Public Works or his designee • Perspective contractors need to be able to respond to call outs within one hour and work till snow has been removed from all homes enrolled in the program • Average snowfalls are required to be cleared within 8 hours, consideration will be given to allow for extra time for excessive snow storms, but perspective contractors should make provision to add extra crews to complete work in a timely fashion. • Services include but are not limited to removal of snow on public sidewalks, private service walks, stairs to front and back door, driveways, aprons, alley aprons. • Salting is not required • Under no circumstances will snow be allowed to be placed on the public rite of way (Example street, parking areas) • All snow must be stock pilled on client property and not on adjacent neighbors
