Specifications include, but are not limited to: This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by Metra, the Commuter Rail Division of the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA), polling the industry for existing Online Employee Learning (OEL) services. Responses to this RFI are voluntary. Do not include any proprietary, classified, confidential, trade secret, or sensitive information in your response, as this RFI may be subject to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) provisions. Metra will not be responsible for any cost incurred in furnishing responses to this RFI. Responding or not responding to the RFI does not preclude a vendor from submitting on any future solicitations. Pricing information should not be submitted with your response to this RFI. Metra is seeking information from Online Employee Learning Service Providers (OELSP) who provide phased software and professional services solutions for implementation of an online employee learning system.
