Facility / Building Description: The Morton Community College is a 7-building facility established in 1975. The Academic Building "A" (JC29A) is a 11,200 square foot, 1-story building established in 1975. The Academic Building "B"/Library (JC29B) is a 73,310 square foot, 3-story building established in 1975. The Large Group Instruct "C" (JC29C) is an 85,132 square foot, 3- story building established in 1975. The Vocational Education "D" (JC29D) is a 31,000 square foot, 2-story building established in 1975. The Physical Education "E" (JC29E) is a 28,000 square foot, 2-story building established in 1975. The Maintenance Building "F" (JC29F) is a 4,876 square foot, 1-story building established in 1975. Scope: The scope of work provides for replacement of approximately 98,600 square feet of roofing and selective tuckpointing on up to 6 buildings.
