The Salt Storage/Domar (D0596) is a 5,278 square foot, 1-story structure established in 1997 The scope of work provides for replacing the salt dome roof, repairing and painting the concrete stem wall, replacing the entrance, and upgrading lighting (exterior/interior). The Office and Equipment Storage Building (D0515) is an 8,670 square foot, 1-story building established in 1963. The scope of work provides for replacing the roof, including soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts, masonry tuckpointing, replacing windows, and installing a new concrete apron outside the bay doors. The Material Storage Building (D0516) is a 3,600 square foot, 1-story building established in 1963. The scope of work provides for demolishing building D0516 and constructing an approximately 4,000 square foot heated storage building with 3-bays and a 12-foot concrete apron. The project may include temporary office space and meeting room with restrooms. Temporary utilities may be required during construction. This work may include, but is not limited to, architectural, structural, civil, plumbing, electrical, heating, ventilation, and data.
