Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rentals of Inflatable Bounce Houses, Activity and Event Equipment and related services, including, but not limited to delivery, set-up and take down of the Products. The Board’s central office departments, networks and schools host a variety of special events for students, staff, and community members throughout the year. Some of these events include year-end school festivities and back to school events. During these social gatherings, sources of entertainment and supporting equipment are needed to promote attendance and enjoyment during the event. Respondents that are selected will provide rentals of inflatable bounce houses, activity and event equipment (including but not limited to cotton candy machines, popcorn machines, tables, chairs, tents, etc.) and related services to a requesting Board department, network or school’s event including all labor for delivery, set-up and take down.
