The scope of work provides for an addition or new structure of approximately 40-foot x 80-foot on the north end of the existing structure to be utilized as public/private event space. The additional space will include its own accessible entrance and route from the parking lot, a coat room, restrooms, and a large storage room for tables, chairs, and cleaning equipment. The new space will need to connect to the existing lodge with an interior walkway for guests and a service walkway to the kitchen for staff and will provide for conference space when not used for public/private events. Added amenities include a dedicated fiberoptic line for full-service Wi-Fi to the event space and hotel. Associated work will include adjustment of paving for necessary access routes, installation of site ADA walks to the new space and a new loading dock for all deliveries.
