Specifications include, but are not limited to:. Snow removal services are needed for J0951, 9511 Harrison St, Des Plaines Illinois. Vendor shall furnish adequate labor, material and equipment to adhere to all specifications of the contract and provide the following services: Snow shall be removed when the snow accumulation reaches two (2) inches or upon Facility Managers request. All driveways, parking areas and building ramps shall be cleared. Snow shall be piled in the most remote area of lot or as designated by the Facility Manager. Some locations may require that snow be removed from the premises the same day. Vendor shall respond within two (2) hours of notification of any additional services, day or night. Vendor must have a working cell phone number which must be submitted to CMS Facility Manager and to the site location Office Manager. Vendor shall make efforts to have all areas cleared of snow by 7:00 A.M., seven days per week including weekends and holidays. For procurements conducted in BidBuy, the State may include in this contract the BidBuy Purchase Order as it contains the agreed Supplies and/or Services.
