The Vendor must provide an all-in-one electronic fingerprint capture/control software and mobile fingerprint scanners including a photo capture module (collectively called the “Biometric Solution”) to allow for the electronic processing of fingerprints. This must include all components needed – hardware, software and algorithm – to be integrated out of the box, with minimal effort or pre-existing experience required. The biometric system must bring new, enhanced levels of security and authentication to whatever device or application it is paired with, without impacting the host system’s performance and Ultra-low power consumption capabilities and unique features must also contribute to ensuring a smooth and seamless integration and end-user experience. The power consumption of the device(s) shall not significantly shorten operating time when used via battery power. The State requires the devices to have very low power consumption.
