Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform repairs, maintenance, and overhauls for Continental Motor Inc. Aircraft Engines. The Agency currently operates three (3) aircraft with Continental Motors Inc. engines. The aircraft engines include: two (2) IO-520 Engines and one (1) O-470 Engine. Qualified Vendors must possess and maintain a current Federal Aviation Administration Certified Repair Station Certificate or Manufacturer Maintenance and Repair Certificate. The Agency anticipates making multiple awards to a primary and secondary. The responsible and responsive vendor with the lowest price will be awarded a contract as the primary vendor; the responsible and responsive vendor with the second lowest price will be awarded a contract as the secondary vendor. Work will be performed under any secondary vendor contract when the condition occurs that the primary vendor is not able to supply a requested resource. This procurement does not contain a BEP goal.
