2. Scope of Services The selected Contractor will be responsible for the following: Conducting a market analysis for each property to determine fair market value and recommend listing prices. Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy, including online listings, signage, brochures, and outreach to potential buyers. Coordinating property showings and responding to inquiries from prospective buyers. Negotiating offers on behalf of the City to maximize sale proceeds. Preparing necessary documentation for property transactions, in coordination with the City’s legal and administrative staff. Providing regular updates and reports to the City on marketing efforts, buyer interest, and sales progress.
