This Project is fully funded with a MARAD FY 2020 BUILD Grant awarded by the U.S. Department of Transportation through the Maritime Administration. Contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, material and associated services to comply with the specifications of this Project which intends to provide an opportunity to gain rail efficiency and expand railcar capacity at the Municipal River Terminal, located in St. Louis, MO. The project scope will include extensive site grading, with new rail track and turnout construction. The work will also consist of removing existing tracks and turnouts, realignment of existing tracks, new drainage, and at grade road crossings.. The Contractor will be responsible for all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to this Project.
