The insulation must have at an average R-30 thermal value - Install ½” DensDeck Prime cover board set in foam adhesive - Install modified base sheet set in cold process interply adhesive - Install bright white mineral modified cap sheet set in cold process interply adhesive and heat weld all field seams - Install all associated 2-ply flashing details set in roof mastic. Heat weld all vertical cap sheet seams - Install all associated perimeter (parapet walls) and penetration metal details and counter flashings, stainless steel Perimeter Capping: - Install new wood nailer at the perimeter parapet walls - Install modified base sheet set in roof mastic up and over nailer, secure to exterior side of nailer - Install modified mineral cap sheet set in roof mastic to the top of interior vertical and secure with termination bar and sealant - Install self-adhering high temperature underlayment over the top of the parapet and secure to backside nailer and interior termination bar - Install 20-gauge stainless steel metal coping cap detail over continuous cleat
