Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Aurora Law Department is seeking a dedicated Matter Management system to track the status of its suite of cases and organize relevant data. The solution should be able to quickly give any user end-to-end familiarity with a given project.; The City of Aurora Law Department is looking for a web-based Matter Management system to modernize and streamline its project workflow.; A successful solution would provide end-to-end support from case outset to completion. While it does not specifically need to be designed for government users, the solution does need to be focused on legal functionality.; Beyond providing a clear view of an entire matter for internal users, the preferred solution should have an export or organizational ability to respond to Discovery requests that the City receives.; A key decision factor will be having an easy to use user interface, search capabilities, and intuitive functionality for managing files, notes and other aspects of each case. A successful system will have administrative privileges for access control.; The City does not expect to transition over historical case information but is interested in seeing what solutions providers offer for transitioning open cases.; A cloud-based Solution-as-a-Service (SaaS) with robust security and backup controls is preferred.
