Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Aurora will be providing a Public Art presence as part of a Downtown Park Renovation between 7 S. Broadway and 13 S. Broadway. This request for bids is for a single Designer or Design Firm to design 4 interactive murals, each including 2D graphic design, 3D animation, augmented reality development, and publication on a cross-platform mobile app. The 2D designs will be printed 8’ high by 12’ wide each, framed, and installed on the south wall of 7 S. Broadway. Using a QR code or other camera recognition, the public will be able to view 3D animation of the mural through their mobile phones. The designs for this project will be renewed on a schedule yet to be determined; they will remain in place for no less than one year.
