Specifications include, but are not limited to: Perform all Services necessary to prepare, process and submit to the State Medicaid agency, and obtain reimbursement from the State Medicaid agency for all Fee-for-Service Claims for Health Services provided by the Board to its students. The Board shall maintain and may enhance its systems for gathering required data to ensure compliance with Medicaid requirements, including related Individuals with Disabilities Education Act ("IDEA") regulations and other applicable requirements, laws and regulations. These Services shall include, but shall not be limited to, the following: Develop and maintain comprehensive and cumulative listings of all of the Board's related service providers, students, and the health services rendered by the Board and non-public staff to Board students thirty (30) days after the Agreement is executed and at least three business days before the regularly scheduled monthly meeting of each month thereafter for the Term of the Agreement. The student roster shall identify all Medicaid, Children's Health Insurance Program ("CHIP") and non-Medicaid eligible students with disabilities, with Individualized Educational Program ("IEP") and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act Plans ("504 Plans"), other individualized health or behavioral health plans, or where medical necessity has been otherwise established, and. The Board's providers delivering end-services to students document said services through service records that are maintained in the Board's Special Education system of record, Specialized Services Management ("SSM"). The Board will send service records electronically to the Proposer monthly through the electronic system and method determined by the Board and the Proposer will submit said service records to Medicaid for reimbursement no later than the last day of the following two weeks. Disseminate a monthly log to the CPS contracted bus companies providing transportation services eligible for Medicaid reimbursement, collect transportation log data electronically to provide required documentation for daily round trip specialized transportation services provided to students, and process the completed logs for claiming.
