Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Board is seeking financial institutions to provide Commercial Banking Services i.e. General Banking - Corporate Banking, General Banking - Consolidated Banking, General Banking - Lunchroom, General Banking - EDI Services, Cash Collections, Lockbox Processing, Purchasing Cards, and Check Printing Services. By utilizing efficient banking products, structures and technology, the Office of the Treasurer within the Department of Finance is responsible for the management of all cash operations and debt financing activities to optimize cash flow and investment earnings, provide safety and security of deposited cash balances and to obtain the lowest cost financing for capital projects.
