Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SSP must include: Proposer shall develop student success plans (individually, an “SSP,” and collectively, “SSPs”) for all enrolled ALOP students in accordance with Article 13B-15.15 of the Illinois School Code (105 ILCS 5/13B 15.15). Proposer shall monitor progress of ALOP students in accordance with the Illinois School Code, Illinois Administrative Code Section 240.40, the Options School Accountability Policy, and any policies or resolutions adopted by the board related to academic performance thereafter. ALOP students must demonstrate academic gains while attending Proposer’s ALOP. All SSPs shall be reviewed during student/teacher conferences on a quarterly basis per the IL School Code and IL Administrative Code referenced herein. 1. A detailed description of why the student was referred to an ALOP or why it was determined that an ALOP would be a better fit than a traditional school environment; 2. A determination of the needs and strengths exhibited by the student; 3. Expected academic, social/emotional, behavioral, attendance and/or postsecondary outcomes (e.g. SMART goals); 4. Identified support services needed to remove barriers to learning and achieve expected outcomes 5. Assessment procedures or methods for monitoring progress toward expected outcomes 6. Estimated length of enrollment a. a transcript analysis must been completed to determine a plan and timeline for a student to either complete all graduation requirements or to accelerate credit recovery in order to become on track and transfer back to a traditional school b. if the estimated length of enrollment is more than 2 years, documentation must be provided to indicate why a longer period of time is necessary
