Objectives 1) Determine the feasibility of regional fire fleet maintenance . 2) Develop options for consolidating and sharing fire maintenance and repair facilities including possible utilization of existing facilities, utilization of existing sites made available or construction of a new facility. 1) Examine three city fire fleet operations for the potential to regionalize fire fleet maintenance services in the four cities or other potential entities providing fire services. § To minimize the cost of the study, the consultant will maximize the use of city staff members to coordinate data compilation in order to document current Fire fleets in each city including: repair programs; shop operations; parts inventory control and parts services; fuel systems
