Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove shingles off the house. Looking from the attic appears to have been sheathed with OSB, however there appears to be soft spot in front right lower section of the roof. Ice & snow guard, water barrier, and new 2” white roof edge to be installed. 30-year architectural shingles to be installed. Patch old can roof vents and cut in new ridge vent (shingle over). New flashing for plumbing and flue penetrations. Building permit required.; Remove old brick chimney below roof line. It has already been sleeved with metal and rain cap; Wrap 2 doors and all wood around the windows with aluminum coil stock. Caulk coil to existing siding with Quad caulk to match coil.; Install new white aluminum soffit and Fascia on all overhangs.
