The Illinois State Police Quartermaster is seeking to purchase a rotating tensioning form finisher. The quantity listing is a projection for evaluation purposes only and is not a guarantee for minimal purchase order. All quoted prices must be valid through June 30, 2025. Furthermore, all prices must include shipping and handling charges. No price increase will be accepted. In the event of a price decrease, the agency is guaranteed to receive the lowest price. We reserve the right to reject all offers or to reject individual offers for failure to meet any requirement. Winning vendor will be selected based on low quote total. Orders must be received within 30 days after receipt of the order. All deliveries must be received at the IL State Police Quartermaster, located at 3740 East Lake Shore Drive, Springfield Illinois. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 4:00pm. No Holiday Deliveries. Use of a brand name is for the purpose of describing the standard of quality, performance, and characteristics and is not intended to limit or restrict competition. Or equal submissions will not be rejected because of minor differences in design, construction or features that do not affect the suitability of the product for its intended use. Burden of proof that the product is equal is on the bidder. Bidders must provide with their bid submission a specification sheet or other suitable documentation which shall include, at a minimum, Brand Name, Model Name, and Specifications for the products quoted. This must be of sufficient detail to enable the ISP to determine whether the product offered to the ISP meets our requirements as stated in this Bid.
