Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must give a detailed explanation on each requirement. 1. The solution must be able to provide an accurate measurement of what end users are experiencing at thedesktop level. 2. The solution must be able to give both high level and detailed displays of all the components within theapplication architecture.3. The solution must be customizable to provide multiple warning levels depending on set thresholds. 4. The solution must be able to perform within virtualized environments (VMware, IBM zVM). 5. The solution must have the ability to drill down to granular levels such as processes, methods, or statementlevels.6. The solution must have the ability to monitor applications using Microsoft Windows, SUSE Linux on Intel,Cobol, Java, MQ Series, IBM DB2 on z/Os and z/Linux, CICS on z/OS, z/Linux, Websphere, Apache, LRSVPS server, and AIX.7. The solution must be able to integrate with existing monitors being used at SOS. This includes ASGLandmark DB2, IP, and CICS monitors, LRS VPS server.8. The solution must provide a means of synthetic transactions to simulate actual transactions across thearchitecture. The vendor must provide detailed documentation of how they would accomplish thisrequirement and details on any scripting.9. The solution must provide a means of real time transaction monitoring. Real time transactions must monitorall of the components within the transaction without adding any measurable overhead to the transaction. Thevendor must supply detailed documentation of how they would accomplish this requirement.
