a. General supervision of all Valley Hi therapy services and procedures related to Medicare A and Medicare B services b. Confirm compliance of policies and procedures with applicable laws and regulations c. Consult and make recommendations with the attending physician as required d. Provide written reports concerning the status of Valley Hi’s therapy service to their Administrator, Director of Nursing, and Assistant Director of Nursing e. Participate in resident care plan meetings and Medicare meetings as well any other necessary meetings as warranted f. Develop and/or conduct 2 in-service programs per year g. Assist in developing policies and procedures related to therapy programming h. Perform other duties as required of a therapy providers as set forth by applicable laws and regulations
