The services contemplated under the reviews are professional in nature and are to be performed on a Task Order basis. Contractors acting as an individual, partnership, corporation or other legal entity and the contractors’ key personnel must be of professional status, licensed to perform in the State of Illinois and licensed for all applicable professional disciplines requiring licensing and will be governed by professional ethics in their relationship to the city. All reports, information or data prepared or assembled by the contractor are confidential in nature and must not be made available to any individual or organization, except the city, without prior written approval of the city. This agreement requires the contractor to execute a statement of confidentiality. The information contained in this agreement is intended to provide contractors with background information on the overall project scope of services and is not intended for any other purpose. No guarantees are made or implied concerning the accuracy of data or information contained here. Consultants are responsible for conducting their own research for information they deem necessary to perform the services herein.
