Bids for contracts are being sought by the Board for the 2026 and 2027 Elections which will be held on March 17, 2026, November 3, 2026, February 23, 2027 and April 6, 2027 (contingent upon the results of the February primary election). The Contractor must print and deliver the Printing of Board Forms, Envelopes, Signs, Handbook, Wristbands and Hybrid Form/Envelope 276P F.O.B., Chicago Board of Election Commissioners as described herein and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this specification. Board will not accept any bids from printing brokers. Bids must be submitted by printers with any subcontracting to be listed in the bid for any portions of the forms, signs or envelope printing. All the Printing of Forms, Envelopes, Signs, Handbook, I Voted Stickers and Hybrid Form/Envelope 276P Detailed Specifications, and Proposal Pages are attached in Exhibit I. Any deviation from the printing specification is subject to rejection at Contractor’s own expense. The Board will provide artwork and samples of the various pieces. All printing is to be inclusive of any reproduction cost. The Board will not accept or compensate for any production overages. Contractor must also furnish additional quantities of other printed materials that are of similar specifications and pricing as the materials specifically identified in the Contractor’s bid and as listed in the Scope of Work.
