Lincolnwood Parks and Recreation is seeking pricing to print four-season program brochures – winter/spring, summer day camp, fall, and summer, and two promotional postcards. 1. Seasonal Brochure and Postcard Printing Each brochure cover is to be printed on 80# gloss text with four colors, full bleed, and outside varnish. The body is to be printed on 50# offset with four colors on all pages. Brochures are typically 20 pages (4-page cover + 16-page body). Postcards to be printed on 100# gloss cover. Content is provided by the Village. Digital or Dylux proofs are required. 2. Seasonal Brochure and Postcard Deliver The printing company is responsible for delivering postcards and brochures to the post office within two weeks of proof approval and for ensuring that all USPS bulk rate mailing requirements are met (saturation mailing). The printing company and Village shall determine a mutually acceptable works schedule for brochure production.
