Specifications include, but are not limited to: The cost to transport the Printed Envelopes to the delivery location shall be included in the cost. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination. Deliveries of Printed Envelopes shall be made to the area designated by the Manager of Printing and Graphic Services at the following location: Cook County Government Facility Warehouse 2323 S. Rockwell Avenue, 1st Floor Print Shop Chicago, IL 60608 Attn: Peter Gardenier – Manager of Printing and Graphic Services (773) 843-6007; Time of delivery shall be between the hours of 8:00 am and 3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, except Holidays. ”Holidays” means the following Cook County Holidays only: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Lincoln’s Birthday, Washington’s Birthday, Pulaski Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, July 4th, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day,. Freight and delivery costs shall be included in the Vendor’s bid.
