Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The Contractor shall deliver and pickup its portable toilet units (“Units”) in accordance with the dates listed in Attachment 1 – Portable Toilet Schedule. The Contractor shall ensure that the Unit(s) are available at the specified address prior to the start date and through the end of the end date. 2. The Contractor shall stake (minimum of 24") and secure all Units to the ground. The Contractor is responsible for calling-in all JULIE utility locates. 3. The Contractor shall clean each Unit once per week and shall ensure that the Units are cleaned and ready to be used on the following holidays: Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day and Veteran’s Day. 4. If a Contractor’s Unit is vandalized or stolen, the Contractor shall repair or replace its Unit within 24 hours of being notified by the Village, and the Village will not be responsible for any cleaning, repair or replacement costs. 5. The Contractor shall furnish and refill toilet paper and hand sanitizer in each Unit, on an as-needed basis. 6. The Contractor’s pricing shall include all costs associated with winterizing the Units that are retained through the winter. 7. Attachment 1 is subject to change, depending on the needs of the Village. Therefore, if the actual services are greater or less than what is depicted in Attachment 1, the Contractor shall adjust its invoices to reflect the services that it provided to the Village. For example, if the Village cancels a Special Event prior to the Unit delivery date, the Village will not pay the Contractor for the service that the Contractor did not provide. However, if the Village requests that the Contractor retain a unit at a location for a duration that is longer than what is depicted on Attachment 1, the Village shall pay the Contractor for the additional service dates in accordance with the unit costs listed in the Contract. If the services are greater or less than what is depicted in Attachment 1, the Village will provide the Contractor with seven-days advance notice.
