Assist in identifying a final site for construction Perform a detailed topographic survey of the project area for use in Phase I/II Engineering design. Geotechnical survey necessary for the work. Contact private utilities for utility information and include within engineering design. Conduct meetings with the Village throughout design duration to present design alternatives, review environmental and design concerns, and review project schedule. Estimates of construction cost based on the architectural and engineering design shall be prepared. The Village cannot emphasize enough the need to have accurate construction cost estimates. Permitting/Plan preparation including Kane County Stormwater, IEPA, NOI and SWPPP preparation, as necessary (by Engineer). Determination of any needed right-of-way, temporary and/or permanent easements required for proposed improvements. Complete full architectural (preliminary and final) and engineering (preliminaryPhase I and final-Phase II) services for the design of the new West Dundee Police Station.
