Contractor shall excavate approximately 4,485 S.F. of soil 7” deep and achieve a 1% slope. Contractor shall install fence post for a 6’ chain link fence to separate the two courts. The contractor shall install fence post for an 8’ chain link fence around the perimeter of both courts. Contractor shall install 2 net posts in each court (4 total) @22’ 4” apart. Contractor shall install 5” of 3,500 PSI concrete with medium wire mesh. The finished surface of the concrete shall be smooth. Contractor shall install the chain link fence 6’ tall between the two courts with (1) 4’ gate between the 2 courts. The contractor shall install an 8’ chain link fence around the perimeter of both courts and install a 5’ gate to enter each court. Contractor shall backfill and seed around the disturbed area. Contractor shall have the pickleball courts painted and sealed with long-lasting heavy duty paint. Colors shall be chosen by the City. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment to perform said maintenance.
