Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Authority is seeking the services of a professional photographer to provide photography services in relation tospecial events at Navy Pier. Events will be determined and designated by the Authority and will include but are notlimited to Easter, Halloween and Christmas themed special events.Navy Pier will notify the Successful Photographer approximately three (3) to four (4) weeks in advance of an event, andof the required service dates. The Successful Photographer will be placed in specific locations as determined by theAuthority to allow guest to obtain photos with the various attractions at the event. The Authority may at times requestmore than one photographer at an event to take photos of guests at multiple locations, and reserves the right tochange the location of the photographer during an event as it deems necessary
