PHASE III i. Construction layout; construction observation and documentation; coordination of outside utility inspections (as needed). ii. Attend and coordinate, as needed, meetings (i.e. coordination and weekly progress meetings, etc.) iii. Review of material submittals/ shop drawings, inspection reports, and change order requests. iv. Review and subsequent approval of contractor pay request followed by submittal of pay request with cover letter recommending verification of pay request and approval of pay request to the City. v. Inspect final project for deficiencies (“punchlist”). Coordination and inspection of punchlist work. vi. Review as-builts from Contractor for accuracy prior to submittal to City. Or, prepare as-builts for the stated project for submittal to the City. vii. Completion of all required IDOT processes and paperwork to ensure compliance with State and Funding Source procedures.
