The proposed widening project is located on North Green Mount Road north of Lebanon Rd and south of Frank Scott Parkway East in St. Clair County, Illinois. The project length is 5,497.00 feet (1.041 miles). The work on this project consists of removals, earthwork, aggregate base, PC concrete pavement, combination concrete curb and gutter, side road and driveway pavement, culverts, storm sewer and drainage structures, retaining wall, traffic signal installation and modification, paint pavement markings, seeding and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the work in the above-described Section according to the plans, specifications and special provisions. Staging will be utilized along North Green Mount Road to keep the traffic along the corridor open during construction.
